Determination and courage are rewarded with an overwhelming sense of achievement for the student who manages to walk backwards over the edge of a climbing tower. In addition to learning a new skill, abseiling enables students to understand risks and how to control them.

Archery

Safety is paramount; all safety equipment is supplied and participants are fully instructed on its usage before beginning the course.

Cargo Nets

Climb the nets !! The Cargo Nets used on their own or as part of the High & Low ropes activities acts like a flexible ladder which you can use to move in both vertical and horizontal direction. A cargo net climber has fun and excitement and can challenge themselves at their own pace.

Climbing Wall

Come and try Climbing - after a brief introduction you will be guided through your first experience. These "have-a-go" sessions are all about encouraging you to scale that wall.

Bouldering

A great way to start climbing - this is rope less climbing at low heights.

Zip Wire

Attached to the overhead wire - simply step off the platform to begin an exhilarating flight through the air! The speed and thrill of the flight will have you wanting more and more.

Slacklining

If you've ever wanted to walk a tightrope high above the circus floor then this could be for you.
The increasingly popular activity of Slacklining involves walking across a bouncy, highly-tensioned, single piece of webbing that may be only a couple inches off the ground - but is exciting and will put your sense of balance to the test.

Leap Of Faith

Focus - determination - trust! Will you make that leap?

Orienteering

The aim is to navigate in sequence between control points marked on a Centre map and decide the best route to complete the course in the quickest time. It does not matter how young, old or fit you are, as you can run, walk or jog the course and progress at your own pace!

Nature Trail

Getting some fresh air and stopping to look at the natural world around you is a great way to engage with the environment, and get some exercise at the same time. Information stations take you around Llanishen. Enjoy!

Raft Building

With only a few barrels, logs and some lengths of rope you and your team will need to design a raft capable of holding your team whilst on the water.

Your team will need to ensure it is planned and well built otherwise you will be getting wet!

You and your team will progress through our course, working together and executing your pre planned ideas.
